We value and understand sometimes situations occur out of our control and we will always take that into consideration when clients make changes to their bookings.

Please read over our policies.

No Show Policy

Not showing up to an appointment will result in a $40 fee.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice if a client is wanting to cancel their appointment. Last minute cancellations will result in a $40 fee.

Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers can only be redeemable on treatments (no products). Gift vouchers must be present at the time of appointment to ensure it is valid and marked off before going into treatment.
